ALERT: Biden Moves To Order MASS Amnesty

According to a report by CBS News on Friday, the Biden administration is currently formulating a strategy to grant legal status to individuals residing in the United States unlawfully. It is said that the administration is on the verge of unveiling an immigration relief initiative that could potentially impact a significant number of undocumented immigrants.

As per sources mentioned by CBS News, this program in progress aims to offer work permits and safeguards against deportation to unauthorized immigrants who are married to U.S. citizens, provided they have been living in the country for a minimum of 10 years.

The initiative, referred to as “Parole in Place,” is designed to create a pathway to permanent legal status and ultimately U.S. citizenship for eligible individuals by bypassing a current legal obstacle, as reported by the outlet. This obstacle typically prevents those who entered the U.S. illegally from obtaining green cards without departing the country.

Moreover, the Biden administration is in the process of streamlining the waiver process for DREAMers and other undocumented immigrants. This could potentially simplify their access to temporary visas, such as the H-1B visas designated for highly skilled workers. These plans are anticipated to be unveiled in conjunction with the 12th anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program at a White House event. The event aims to commemorate DACA, which presently provides protection from deportation to around 530,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children, according to CBS News.

The “Parole in Place” initiative may be the most comprehensive immigration program for unauthorized immigrants since DACA, which was established by former President Barack Obama in 2012, as per the outlet. The new policy is specifically aimed at a subset of the estimated 1.1 million unauthorized immigrants who have American citizen spouses, provided they fulfill specific residency and other requirements.

This action is part of Biden’s broader approach to tackle immigration issues through executive orders, particularly in light of the congressional deadlock on the matter, as reported by CBS News.
